Fast, efficient, and injury free running! Genesee Valley Physical Therapy offers personalized in depth running analysis through a detailed, video and voice overview from 4 distinct views utilizing Dartfish™ motion analysis software. Each view will be analyzed from support and non-support phases during running. Joint mechanics are observed from both an injury and efficiency perspective. We will provide corrective, performance related drills that are personalized to each individual runner, which can be incorporated into any dynamic warm up and/or cool down routine.
