REFUNDS & BILLING DISPUTES
Payments made through the online portal are final and can not be cancelled online.
Once a credit or refund has been identified and reviewed by the billing manager at GVPT, they will be issued in the form of a check made out to the original party who made payment, provided there are no other balances owed. You can expect to receive your refund in the mail within 10 business days.
