Genesee Valley Physical Therapy is staffed exclusively by licensed physical therapists. Each therapist maintains their own schedule at their individual offices assuring you the same therapist each time you come for your appointment.
 William L. Jackson, PT Co-Owner and president of Genesee Valley Physical Therapy, Bill has over 25 years of experience in physical therapy. He received his BS in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. Prior to owning his own business, Bill was a staff physical therapist at F.F. Thompson Hospital in Canadaigua and senior physical therapist at Plaza Sports Medicine. Bill has been actively participating in continuing education courses including golf rehabilitation and training, Gary Gray's functional rehabilitation and orthopedic treatment techniques. He is also a member of the APTA.
 Daniel E. Geen, PT Co-Owner of Genesee Valley Physical Therapy, Dan has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years. He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School in 1981 and received his BS in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1985. Dan continues to actively participate in continuing education courses including orthopedics, golf rehabilitation and training, and Gary Gray's functional rehabilitation. He has McKenzie certifications in treating the cervical and lumbar spine. Dan's interests include athletics, orthopedics, and spending time with his wife and eight children.
 Ryan D. Healey, DPT Ryan graduated from Misericordia University with his Master of Science in Physical Therapy and completed his DPT at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He completed his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is actively completing orthopedic and manual based continuing education courses. Ryan is an active member with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and enjoys working with sports training.
Lindsay A. Jackson, MS, PT Lindsay completed her undergraduate and graduate degree at Boston University. She completed her MSPT in 2000. She practiced in Boston for 7 years before relocating back to Rochester and joining GVPT. Currently, she is completing continuing education courses in manual physical therapy and functional training and is working towards her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Lindsay is an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is interested in health, wellness and general fitness.
Sarah E. Lipinski, MS, PT Sarah completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. She completed all three sections of the American Physical Therapy Association Women's Health courses in the area of pregnancy and postpartum Physical Therapy. Sarah practices out of the Gates office where she is the Women's Health therapist as well as one of the orthopedic PT's at that location. Sarah is an active member of the APTA& APTA Section on Women's Health. Her professional goals include earning her Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy & Postpartum Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB), Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP), and becoming a Women's Health Clinical Specialist (WCS).
 Jane Vanderwall, PT, CLT Jane completed her physical therapy degree at Ithaca College in 1985. She has completed various continuing education courses in manual physical therapy including Maitland, Cyriax and McKenzie. Jane has been with GVPT for 6 years, 4 years as a part-time/per diem physical therapist the past 2 years as a full-time PT at our Webster location. Prior to joining GVPT, she was a co-owner of a private physical therapy practice in Greece from 1990-2002.
 Tim Wilbert, MSPT Tim graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester with his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2008. Prior to that he graduated from Webster Schroeder High School in 2002 and is proud to be back working in Webster where he grew up and has lived his whole life. Tim enjoys working with athletic and orthopedic conditions as well as vertigo/vestibular rehabilitation. In his free time Tim stays active in the local family business.
 John O. Arlington, DPT John graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2011 as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He has focused his studies in the treatment of orthopedic conditions and sports related injuries with the specialty of manual therapy intervention. John has also worked with a variety of patients of different ages and backgrounds; including conditions involving pediatrics, professional athletes, vestibular/balance dysfunction and the elderly. For recreation, John enjoys playing a variety of sports and spending time with friends and family.
In addition to your physical therapists, GVPT is lucky to be staffed behind the scenes with a qualified group of office staff who will handle your calls, scheduling, insurance information, and billing questions. They will be more than happy to assist you with any questions.
